Smart City Lahore signs MOU; Boutique Villas contract is awarded. Lahore Smart City has collaborated with three of Pakistan’s leading building and design firms to create Boutique Villas. The management also inked an MOU with Surbana Jurong on June 2, 2022.
The news was announced in a video on the official page of Lahore Smart City. The signing, according to the video, took place at an official event attended by Mr. Usman Alam, CEO of Sky Marketing, and other real estate moguls. The Lahore Smart City Boutique Villas will be built by Raees Faheem, Faisal Rasool, and Galleria Design. The organisations featured have extensive design experience in Pakistan’s real estate market.
Lahore Smart City is Pakistan’s first smart city. Its mission is to provide the finest possible living environment for its people. The housing design for the Lahore Bypass has been approved by the Lahore Development Authority. LSC also creates magnificent boutique villas that appear to be from the end of the world and have futuristic conveniences.
It is vital to highlight that Lahore Smart City’s recent agreements with the top three real estate designers will result in a significant increase in housing investments. The signing of MOU with Surbana Jurong would also enhance plot prices, which would benefit previous investors.
